Schools

Are you one of the hundreds of schools that Life Education Queensland visits each year?

The Healthy Harold Hundred is a fantastic opportunity to reinforce messaging against bullying and violence, and promote an active lifestyle for your school community. This could include teachers, parents, students and even the principal!

Open to all ages and free to register, you can create a distance challenge that works for your students. Kids don't have to cover 3.3ks a day each!

Instead, the distance challenge can be accomplished in teams including class, year level or house groups. This creates a great opportunity to have some fun, have constructive conversations and some friendly competition.

Schools can create your own team by following these simple steps:

1) Register through the Healthy Harold Hundred website. The first person to register will create your school team or organisation and be marked as the team captain, so choose wisely!

2) Create your team or organisation through the rego flow. This can include uploading the school logo and editing your team bio to explain why your school is committed to stop bullying. Make sure you tick the box to allow anyone to join! You can also add children to the team in the rego flow too.

3) Share the link to your Team or Organisation page wherever parents are most likely to see it! Parents can then select to join the team, and register themselves and their kids.
