Because it’s good for you, and it’s good for others! By taking part in challenge, you’ll be increasing your physical activity to improve your own health and wellbeing - especially important after a very challenging time for us all recently. You’ll also be helping others by asking your friends and family to sponsor you with a donation towards Life Education Queensland’s respectful relationships programs to stop bullying and violence.

SIGNING UP
How do I register?
Registering to take the Healthy Harold Hundred challenge is simple.
Click here to register and follow the prompts to get started!
Can I register more than one person under the same email?
In order to complete registration, participants require a unique email address.
We understand that not all kids have an email address so parents can easily register their children and manage their fundraising pages. All emails to children automatically get sent to the parent's account.
Think about work and personal emails that you may be able to use to register participants who don’t have their own accounts.
If you are school looking to regsiter your students, or you still come up short, get in touch with our team for assistance by contacting us today.
Can kids register?
Yes! We encourage families to get involved. Children over 6 years can participate with your parents or school groups.
For health and safety reasons, children must be registered by their parents and have their fundraising pages managed by their parents too.
Children must always be moving under adult supervision.
Does it cost anything to take part?
Nope! It’s free to take part in the Healthy Harold Hundred. We do ask that you commit to fundraising for Life Ed Queensland though, as it’s through these vital donations that real change can happen to stop bullying and violence. During your registration, you’ll be asked to set a fundraising target and consider donating to your own profile to kick things off (though this is completely optional).
Participants who do this usually go on to raise more money, so showing your friends how it’s done with a donation to your own page is a sure-fire way to make the most of your fundraising. If you’re stuck for other ideas, no problem! We’re here to help. We’ll send lots of helpful tips and tricks along the way. There are also loads of useful resources here to get you started.

TAKING PART
What if I want to do more than 100km?
Good for you! There are also 200km and 300km courses available. And if you want to do more than that, go for it! Maybe you could aim to do a couple of ‘laps’ of your chosen course. You can check out the course options here.
I'm not sure if I can reach 100kms - can I still take part?
Yep! Grab some mates, sign up as a team, and complete 100kms between you. To find out how to create or join a team, have a look at the FAQs in the section above.
Is there an alternative to moving 100kms?
Absolutely, we would still love for you to take part. If you are unable to do the distance for whatever reason, you can pick an alternative activity or distance that suits your abilities. We don’t really mind how you take part - the main thing is that you do take part.
I have already signed up, how do I access my fundraising page?
Please login to your fundraising page using the username and password you entered when you first registered.
Whoops! I've forgotten my login details.
Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone. Please get in touch with the Healthy Harold Hundred team and we'll get that sorted for you.

Your health and safety always comes first! Click here to see the latest COVID-19 directives and updates.
Will my fitness app start tracking my activity straight away?
Fitness activity tracking is enabled as soon as you have linked your activity tracking app. If you go over your original km's set for the challenge you can always adjust this for more or fewer km's by logging into your dashboard and updating your km's in the 'My Fitness Activity' tab.
How do I update the distance I have covered during the challenge?
Your profile page includes your personal distance tally so you can track your distance towards your target. This is a great way to keep your friends updated on your workouts!
If you track your workouts with Fitbit, MapMyFitness or Strava your distances will automatically add to your tally.
Follow these steps to track your KMs automatically:
1. Download the Fitbit or Strava app and set up your account
2. Log in to your Healthy Harold Hundred account.
3. Under the heading ‘Connect your preferred Fitness app’, click your chosen app.
4. Follow the prompts to connect your account
5. When you next work out, select ‘start your workout’ in the app on your phone. Once you end your workout, save your workout and your distance will be published to the tally on your page the following day.
If you have synced your app already but it is not working, please log in and re-connect it.
When using Fitbit, you must ‘start’ an activity and save it. Your daily steps will not automatically add to your page. If you are having issues, try syncing through BOTH your Fitbit and the Fitbit app on your smartphone.
Your tally will be updated each day with the previous day’s distances.
Remember, you can manually add your kilometres to the tally in your My Fitness Activity tab of your profile after registering. This is a great option if you’re using a pedometer or a different method of tracking your distances.
Follow these steps to manually add your KMs:
1. Log in to your account and select ‘My Fitness Activity’
2. Under ‘Add activity’, enter the date and distance
3. The number of KMs will now appear on your fundraising page!
What fitness tracking apps can I use?
The two fitness tracking apps that can be synced include Fitbit and Strava.
If you track your workouts with Fitbit or Strava your distances will automatically add to your tally.
Follow these steps to track your KMs automatically:
1. Download the Fitbit or Strava app and set up your account
2. Log in to your Healthy Harold Hundred account.
3. Under the heading ‘Connect your preferred Fitness app’, click your chosen app.
